What This Partnership Is
Our job is to make a client secure, and to make sure they feel it.
A client who feels secure makes better decisions. They stay calm under pressure, commit to plans instead of second-guessing, and are easier to work with in every relationship they hold, including yours. Our job is to make a client secure, and to make sure they feel it.
Most of the people we work with have built the rest of their life intentionally: a wealth manager, an estate plan, a concierge, the right insurance. Digital protection is usually the piece missing.
We refer to each other for three reasons: a client is missing something a partner handles, a client's current firm isn't serving them well, or a client is comparing options and wants a real recommendation. There's no obligation on either side.
We never accept payment for a referral, and we never offer one.
Types of Firms We Partner With
You grow and protect your clients' wealth
Growing and protecting a client's wealth is the foundation everything else gets built on. It was never meant to cover every kind of risk, and digital exposure in particular tends to sit outside the job.
The most meticulously managed portfolio will never prevent a public home address, travel schedule, or household staff details from sitting in a data broker listing. Left unaddressed, these can become a financial problem: fraud attempts, extortion demands, or a client too rattled by a privacy scare to act on a move you've been recommending for months.
This isn't a reflection on the work being done. It's a category of risk that sits just outside, and it's the one we handle.
You run the people and logistics behind a client's life
Running a household well means the client never has to think about it: staff hired and scheduled, logistics handled, life moving smoothly without the client managing details themselves. That scale creates new exposure.
A household large enough to need staff means more keys, logins, devices connected to the same network, and more points of failure, and the risks remain even though digital security isn't part of the job description.
We treat it the same way you treat the rest of the household: set up once, then handled quietly in the background, without becoming something the client has to manage or think about.
You protect a client's physical safety and presence
Keeping a person physically safe means controlling who gets close, what routes are taken, and what could go wrong at a property or an event. The exposure this doesn't cover happens earlier and somewhere else.
A schedule, a home address, or a daily routine is often visible online long before anyone approaches in person, and no amount of skill at the property changes what information has already been found beforehand.
We handle what's visible before anyone shows up. What happens if they do is still entirely yours.
You cap the downside when something goes wrong
Pricing risk accurately and being there when a claim comes in is built on preparing for the moment after something happens.
A policy can be priced perfectly and still pay out on something that could have been avoided, and the harm isn't only monetary: hours spent with the police, stress and lost sleep afterward, and heirloom items no payout can replace.
We focus on preventing threats before they materialize, and limiting the damage on the rare occasion one does. Paired with the right coverage, a client cannot get any safer.
You help a client acquire the asset that changes their life
Finding the right property, aircraft, vessel, or asset, and getting a client through a complex transaction cleanly, is difficult work, especially when privacy is part of what they're paying for.
The exposure begins right where that work ends. A new address can hit property records, tax rolls, and a utility bill within days of moving in, often before a client has finished unpacking, and a stray photo can carry a tail number.
Your work closes out when the transaction is over. Ours starts there, before anything becomes permanent and searchable.
Why it's worth doing
- 01It costs you one conversation, and gives your client something they didn't know to ask for.
- 02A client who feels fully covered has less reason to look elsewhere for someone who "gets it."
- 03The introduction reflects well on you, not on us.
- 04Nothing about it changes how you run the rest of your relationship with the client.
- 05Even when it doesn't go anywhere, you'll know it was worth raising, and we'll tell you so.
How it works
An introduction starts as a conversation. We do not use intake forms. If a client's situation comes up naturally while you're already speaking with them, that's the right moment. A warm handoff works best, whether that happens in person, on a call, or over email.
From there, we take it directly from you. You'll hear back from us, by email and occasionally by call, within a week of the introduction.
If a referral isn't the right fit for what we do, we'll still call to let you know, and we'll still thank you for it.
Getting In Touch
We are selective about who we work with, on both sides of this relationship, and that is by design. If this sounds like a relationship worth having, reaching us should be easy.
